I was captivated by the village atmosphere and the historic buildings at this hotel. The cobblestone alleyways, courtyards, and statues created a unique and charming ambiance. The location was perfect, with the pontoon bridge and Punda district just a short walk away. Despite some minor maintenance issues and the slow-paced Caribbean vibe, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a fascinating and memorable experience.

The design and lay out of the buildings, the history of the place, the pools, the wildlife and most importantly the feeling that you were in another world in Willliamstad. Beautiful place, well done to the owner who had the vision to create something very unique!
The ants in the bathroom, the expensive food.

We had a memorable romantic escape, and enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel. the location was great, and we could easily explore the city from there. the lush garden added to the charm of the stay.
The interiors of the rooms felt outdated and poorly maintained. the furniture looked old and not well taken care of.

The hotel has some interesting art pieces that give a unique atmosphere. The location is great because it's near important places like museums and historic buildings. The breakfast had a good variety of options.
My Christmas experience at this hotel wasn't the best. The staff lacked a warm and welcoming personality and didn't offer any special activities or events to celebrate the holiday.
